We are Poppy and Nial and we started Papavero Pizza Company in 2019 as we have a passion for pizza.
Nial is a trained chef and after working in professional kitchens for many years, we decided to go it alone.
Having converted our horse trailer over several painstaking months, we couldn't be prouder of the result!
All our dough is handmade and leavened for 24 hours, being perfected after attending a pizza masterclass in Naples. Our sourdough dough is made from our family starter which originated in San Francisco. All of our ingredients are locally sourced and lovingly prepared ensuring our pizzas are of the highest quality.
We cater for a range of events, ranging from weddings to smaller functions, and look forward to hearing from you to discuss your pizza needs!
